Recently we began using the Pro version of the LEADS CRM package developed by Brian and James at ProcessIT. We selected the Pro version as the two principals in the business work from separate locations and it was important that we could both have access to the CRM programme. We have approximately 4,000 contacts that we can now begin to email newsletters to, either in mass by defined groups. LEADS will also allow us to maintain relationships with each contact and keep records of sales and conversations with them. So, hats off to Brian and James and all the assistance they gave us getting set up.

We recently installed the LEADS CRM package developed by ProcessIT. We looked at a number of other packages before selecting LEADS, due mainly for its flexibility which enabled us to us it in a way that was very specific to our business. Being able to send our newsletters to all our contacts or just some of them, was another big factor. We can now maintain records of all the interactions we have with prospects, clients and our Centres of Influence. Also, being able to upgrade to the Pro multi-user version at a later date was also a big factor. Many thanks to the guys at ProcessIT for all their help getting us up and running.

LEADS is a great value for money CRM and has features that you’d expect to pay a lot more for.
In comparison to “off the shelf” or cloud products, I found LEADS to over deliver in bang for your buck features.
LEADS gives you the full Sales Funnel process and lets you build up your database as you work, you can use LEADS to send newsletters and track who you have sent them to. You can also import your existing database into LEADS and start straight away. I also found the ability to have reminders across all activities very handy.
